Suurupi rear lighthouse

Built in 1759, the historical lighthouse on Suurupi Peninsula began operation in 1760. By the end of the 19th century, the lighthouse had a dwelling, sauna, oil house, cellar, and barn. Today, the lighthouse stands at 22 metres and is equipped with a new lantern room and LED lighting. The front lighthouse at Suurupi is not open to the public, but houses a beauty salon.
